Why Emilio Butragueno thinks Real Madrid are not favorite in their champions league quarter-final tie against Wolfsburg?
“When you’re in the quarter-finals you know you’re going to get a tough opponent,” he said after the draw, UEFA.com reports.
“They’re a German outfit here [in the last eight] for the first time in their history, which means they’ll have extra motivation and we must prepare for the tie very, very well.

“We need to use the quality that our players have to get a good result in Germany before playing in front of our fans. They’re a very dangerous side.
“In this tie there’s no favourites. Hopefully our squad will be fully fit. We know that in a Champions League knockout tie all small details count.”
Meanwhile, Toni Kroos dream of reunion with his former club Bayern Munich didn’t come true, after he admitted that it would special for him, and Jese says he was quite emotional to play at Las Palmas.
“Bayern would be a great match for the quarters,” Kroos said at a sponsor’s event, AS reports, before discussing the team’s form and his previous location.
“It’s important to learn from our previous game and from the mistakes.
“There are a lot of differences [between La Liga and the Bundesliga]. There are a lot of levels within both Leagues, but in Germany it’s more aggressive and in Spain they want to play more football. The level is very similar.”
“We have to look at ourselves, stay focused and everyone give their maximum.
“Against Madrid every opponent plays the game of their life. It’s difficult.
“Las Palmas was special for me. I’d never played there in the Primera. I was pleased for the reception and the win.”
